This is an intense three-day hands-on class. These sessions will give you the tools to create the reports you want from your SMS database.
 
Bring the family, enjoy the sights, and learn a skill

The class will be offered in a "hands on" environment. You must bring your own laptop computer with a CD-ROM drive. Each student will get a copy of our R&R for SMS|HOST manual and follow-up technical support at no extra charge. The classes start early and end early leaving plenty of time for you to enjoy the pool and all that the area has to offer.
 
Introduction - Day 1:

This session covers the basics.  You will learn how to create simple reports and modify reports created by others. We will go through the first few chapters of the manual and learn how to use the HOST dictionary, insert fields, create totals and subtotals, sort, group, and select data.
Session Duration:
Six Hours - 8 AM to 3 PM
 
Intermediate - Day 2:
 
This class starts where the introductory one leaves off.
It will cover to linking tables, conditional totals, and simple calculations. Then it will go on to cover  complex joins, labels, graphs, and desktop shortcuts. It will show you how to create reports that accurately account for suites and shares. Part of the day will be devoted to special problems such as owner accounting, resort scheduling, guest profiles, etc.

Six Hours - 8 AM to 3 PM
 
Workshop - Day 3:
 
This is your opportunity to apply what you have learned.  We encourage you to bring a copy of your HOST database and create the reports that you have always wanted to have at your property. Dr. Hammerman will show you how.

These classes will be limited to 15 students. Tuition is $900 for the first person from a property and $810 for the second and subsequent persons.

Albuquerque's class will be held at the Sandia Resort and Casino.
