OCCTRAK - Revenue Management and Occupancy Reports

Created for hotels that use the PAR-SMS HOST property management system

OccTrack provides a data warehouse that can be used to create powerful revenue management and occupancy reports.

Features:        The heart of the HOST system is the IN_RES table with one record for each reservation.  OccTrack converts this and other tables into an easily analyzed database with one record per occupied unit night.  For example, a reservation for four nights in the IN_RES table is recorded as one record with an arrival and departure date.  We would convert this into four records and add a field holding the occupancy date. 

In addition to exploding the current reservation table we combine that data with the historical reservation table.  For all reservations that have checked out we record the night by night room charges actually incurred.  For all future reservations we record the charge that the guest has agreed to based on the selected package.

OccTrack is written and FoxPro and it produces standard FoxPro tables.  The resulting data can be analyzed with R&R or Crystal Reports.  It can easily be imported into Excel.

Usage:             Most properties run the program once a day in order to refresh the analytical tables.     

Support:          Hammerman Associates, Inc. provides the first year support as part of the selling price.  After that, the annual support charge is equal to 15 percent of the sale price.
